My wife lost all interest in sex over the last year. She blames her self-image (weight/age). Plus other things?

We have not had sex since november 2008 and she won´t even touch me. I still love her and don´t want to cheat.. but I can´t take much more of this. The woman I love won´t let me touch her and I miss her so much. We have 2 kids and she is 44, 6 years older than me.
Thanks everybody for all the good advice. Yes we have talked about it and since I don´t want to be selfish I said I would back off and not add even more pressure on her. It´s hard to back off and still adress the problem. I have brought the subject up in a very understand way, but things haven´t changed much over the last few months. The lack of contact is killing me slowly. I will go carefully but the sad thing is that even though I have told her this and how hard it is to lie beside her every night and know I can´t touch her because the rejection is just as bad. We moved to a very small town where we don´t know anyone and getting any type of councelling is impossible. We can´t go out alone as we have two children and knowbody to look after them. Moving is impossibe at the moment. I´ll just keep hoping day by day. Thank you all again, and I wish I could choose more than 1 best answer.

Don't cheat. You made the commitment for better or worse. You have to deal with it. Try to make an environment where she would be interested, something she likes. Or try showing absolutely no interest, and then discuss your concerns with her.
